PenguinXBRL sells digital software licenses and validation services. Contact us quickly if something is wrong with your purchase, activation key, or subscription.

Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled for future billing. Refunds for already paid subscription periods are reviewed case by case, especially where the product could not be activated or a billing error occurred.

Lifetime licenses

Lifetime license purchases are reviewed case by case. Refund eligibility may be reduced or unavailable after activation key use, extensive product use, fraud indicators, or chargeback abuse.

Enterprise validation service

Enterprise validation service refunds depend on the subscription term, service usage, implementation work, and any written agreement with PenguinXBRL.
